Coastwide Strata Reports was established in 2014, offering professional and experienced strata inspection reports to all areas of the Central Coast NSW.
Our Principal, Rebecca Willis, is a third-generation licensed Strata Manager with nearly 20 years’ experience in strata inspections, and a background in strata management.
We offer a wide range of comprehensive reports to assist you in the purchase or sale of your strata-titled unit.
At Coastwide Strata Reports we pride ourselves on:
- Personalised service. We personally do the inspections and are available to talk to the purchaser/legal representative if they have any follow up questions. We do not subcontract out to someone else to do the work.
- Experience. Our business has nearly 20 years’ experience behind it doing strata inspections and strata management in general. Rebecca is also a ‘Class 1 Agent – Strata Management’ license holder.
- Comprehensive and easy-to-read reports. Our reports include all relevant information and copies of documents such as minutes of meetings, 5 years’ worth of Capital Work Expenses, and full copies of building reports when made available. We also have a summary page which acts as a quick snapshot of the property (ie. Amount of levies, balance of strata funds, any major concerns that will be listed in detail further on in the report). We include helpful tips throughout, which explain to the purchaser why certain things are required and some general strata knowledge. This can help the purchaser identify if the strata plan is being correctly managed or if it is disfunctional..
