TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) This Strata Inspection Report is not an instant download. Once we have received your order, our Strata Inspector will arrange an inspection time with the Strata Manager to inspect the Owners Corporation records at the next mutually agreeable time. Once we have inspected the strata records, your report will be sent to you within 24 hours.

2) Delays in receiving access to the strata records from the appointed Strata Manager is out of our control. This includes where the strata manager uses electronic filing. If there are any major delays in accessing the strata records you will be notified immediately.

3) Coastwide Strata Reports will not be held responsible for information unknowingly withheld by the Managing Agent/Strata Record Holder at the time of this inspection.

4) The report relates to the inspection of the Owners Corporations records to a maximum of 5 years for meetings and major financial expenditure, and a maximum of 2 years for all other correspondence held by the Owners Corporation, where possible.

5) The standard Invoice of $300 (plus GST) includes all statutory fees and disbursements. Additional lots inspected incur an additional $50 (plus GST) to cover statutory fees and disbursements charged by the strata agent.
