All our reports include the following (when possible):
- Copies of registered By Laws, including the rules on pet ownership at the property
- Insurance Policies and value of the building
- Copies of the last two Annual General Meeting and any general meetings held
- 5 years’ Major Works Expenses Table
- Current levy positions, arrears and details of any Special Levies past, proposed and current
- Financial position of the Admin Fund, Capital Works Fund and any Investment Accounts held by the Owners Corporation
- Information on Current and proposed litigation, mediation and tribunal hearings
- Copies of any available Pest, Building and Compliance Reports

Ready to get some insights into the strata unit you are buying? Order your report now.
Step 2:
INSPECTION OF STRATA RECORDS
We contact the strata manager and personally inspect the strata records. We’ll be in touch by email and SMS to let you know when you can expect the report.
Step 3:
YOUR REPORT
Your report is now ready, and will be available within 24 hours of inspecting the strata records. We know there’s a lot of information (trust us, it’s all relevant though!), so if you have any questions we’re here to help.

Our Principal, Rebecca Willis, is a third-generation licensed Strata Manager with nearly 20 years’ experience in strata inspections, and a background in strata management.
