Company Title Reports
What Is A Company Title Report
When Do You Need A Company Title Report?
There are no requirements about what records must be kept under company titles, unlike strata titles. Therefore, there is a great deal of difference between titles, and it’s vital that you understand the details before you buy. Our Company Title Report will indicate whether you can rent the property, or how much power the Board of Directors has and what restrictions are in place, among other things.
When you order a Strata Inspection Report from us, you’ll have peace of mind before you sign on the line for your new property.
Our reports start from just $300.00 plus gst.
What The Strata Inspection Report Will Cover:
- Copies of registered By Laws
- Insurance Policies
- Copies of the Annual General Meeting and any general meetings held
- 5 years’ worth Major Maintenance Expenses

- Financial position of the Admin Fund, Capital Works Fund, and any Investment Accounts held by the Shareholders
