Neighbourhood Associations have over 1,400 registrations in NSW and are used in tiered, stand-alone and staged developments. It lets you subdivide lots, usually consisting of a mix of residential, commercial and retail lots often with conflicting interests. The report gives you as much information as is available to help you make a smart decision about purchasing.
